(The Laval News)Laval’s fire department was called Friday 3:30 PM to a general alarm fire. The fire erupted at the south-east side of Saint-Martin Shopping centre (corner of Notre-Dame Blvd. and Labelle Blvd.) which lodges a fast-food sandwich restaurant, the Scratch billiard complex and a Royal Bank branch. At the time of this report firemen were still fighting the blaze in extreme cold temperatures of -28 Celsius. More info to come.
